What is Kratom?

Mitragyna speciosa (commonly known as kratom) is a tropical evergreen tree in the coffee family native to Southeast Asia. It is indigenous to ThailandIndonesiaMalaysiaMyanmar, and Papua New Guinea.

Where is my purchase being shipped from?

Everything is shipped out of Central Florida directly to you. You can expect to receive your purchase in 1-5 business days depending on the shipping option you selected at checkout, and USPS turn times at the moment of your order.

What is an AKA GMP Approved Vendor?

Glad you asked! The American Kratom Association put together standards for our industry. These standards are to ensure that companies abide by strict guidelines and policies help to keep the product safe for the customers. We must pass a third-party audit every year to ensure we get to keep this seal of approval. We take pride in offering some of the highest quality in the industry. 

What size are your capsules?

We currently produce all our capsules in size 000 and they are gelatin. The 000 capsule fits approximately 800 mg of Kratom powder per capsule.

How can I use Kratom?

Unfortunately, due to FDA Guidelines and Restrictions, we cannot recommend any claims of use. However, we would like to suggest you do your research before making any purchase.

Hi, I have just placed an order. When can I expect the delivery?

You can expect to have your product in 1-5 business days depending on the USPS turn times at the moment of your order and the shipping option you selected. However, if you use the eCheck (Green Money) payment option, there is a five business day hold period on your first order. All future orders placed with this payment option will be shipped the same day.

What are the shipping charges?

Shipping is free with all types of payment methods on all orders site wide. We also offer paid expedited shipping options at an extra cost. Our free shipping is sent USPS First Class for orders under $50, and USPS Priority for orders over $50. There will be no details about “Kratom” on the outside of the package containing your order.

I was not too fond of the Kratom I received. Can I return it for a refund or try something else?

Yes, absolutely. We have a 30-day Satisfaction Guarantee. We can exchange your product or issue a refund once the product is returned and weighed. Please contact us at Support@KratomKrates.com

Is your Kratom lab tested?

Yes, All Kratom products sold on our website are lab tested by a third party. We always want to ensure our products are safe for the public. Lab results can be found by scanning the QR code found on the back of the bag of Kratom you purchased. Copies of the labs for your specific batch can also be requested at Support@KratomKrates.com

What are the payment options available to make a purchase?

We have multiple Payment Options to make your purchase as easy as possible! Below is a detailed description of each option. If more information is needed than what you can find below, please reach out to us at Support@KratomKrates.com


Credit/Debit Card: This is a typical Credit/Debit card transaction. You will enter your card details into the designated fields on the checkout screen then press “Place order” to complete your purchase.

Crypto Currency (Bitcoin, Doge, Ethereum, USDT): This is a Cryptocurrency payment option. You will have to create an account with a reputable crypto wallet company like COINBASE. Then you will be able to submit a payment from your Coin Wallet to Ours.

eCheck: eCheck is a virtual check option. You do not need a physical check to use this option; all you will need is your Checking Account Number and Routing Number. You will enter it to our secure payment option, and it will draft out of your account in 2-3 business days. Please be aware there is a five business day hold period on your first order with this payment option. After a successful first eCheck order, all future orders ship the same day!

Hypur: Hypur is a bank to bank transfer system. You will have to create an account with them before you can use this option. The Hyper payment option is a highly secure payment system in which you must enter the last four digits of your SS number to verify with your bank that it is you conducting the transfer. With this option, you will never provide your bank information directly to us.

COD (Collect on Delivery): COD is a payment option made available through the USPS. You will place your order on our site, selecting “COD” as the payment option. Once you submit your order, you will need to get a money order (Amscot, Bank, USPS, ect.) or cashier’s check (From your bank/Credit union) in the amount of your order total which will be located at the top of the order confirmation page. The cashier’s check or money order must be payable to “K Krates LLC”. This check will then be provided as payment to the postperson who delivers your package to the entered shipping address (This means someone 21+ must be home to pay for the order at the time of delivery.) If someone cannot be home to pay for the order at delivery, you can select the “Hold at Post Office” shipping option. USPS will then keep your package at your local post office, where you can then go in and pay for the parcel at your earliest convenience. Package tracking information will keep you up to date on when to expect your delivery.

Why did I not receive my order confirmation email?

Once you place an order, you will get an order confirmation to your email address provided. Due to mail filtering, many times, the email goes to the junk or spam folder. We suggest you check your SPAM/JUNK Mail folders for your confirmation email. If it is not there, please email Support@KratomKrates.com to request your order number and tracking number.

What if I do not receive my order?
